Secure Login - The system is password protected to ensure that no one outside of your organization has access to valuable information.
Manage Your Web Sites Content - You can easily edit your web pages content using a friendly WYSIWYG editor! You can now add custom pages to your web site in seconds.
Web Page SEO - Each page you create for your web site can be uniquely optimized by entering separate titles and meta data information. This allows your BrokerExec enabled web site to distinguish itself from the many cookie-cutter web sites on the market today. Our system takes your input and instantly generates a web page that is in SEO friendly!
Listing Manager - You will be able to add unlimited properties to your system. Each property you add will automatically create a listing details page, Google maps page and a "tell a friend" page which means the more pages you add the more pages for the search engines to spider. Each listing can have over 100 different
Add Unlimited Agents! - The administrator of the site can quickly add new agents to the system and assign the agents privileges that will determine what parts of the admin console they will be allowed to access. Each new agent will then be able to login using their own login information and add listings which will appear on the web site along with the agents contact info and request form. You can even upload a photo for each agent that will display alongside their info!
Dashboard - Allows you to get a quick report and view of your system, listings, leads, contacts and more. It is the first screen you are greeted with when you first log in.
Manage Leads - Whenever a visitor to your web site requests information about a certain property the system automatically creates a 'lead' account for this person. This lead can be viewed from the admin and later converted to a full contact with contact details. You can also add and delete leads from the admin.
Contact Manager - Keep track of your real estate contacts using your administrative console. From this console you will be able to update contacts, add/delete contacts, contact photos and more.
Export Contacts - You can also export your contacts into a CSV file to use in Excel!
Featured Listings - You can decide whether or not you want a property to be a 'featured' property. Featured properties are rotated throughout the site.
Listings Photo Manager - You will be able to upload unlimited photos for each property you add to the system. With the photo manager you can upload new photos, sort them and delete and edit existing photos. The system even resizes the photos on-the-fly to your own set ratios! This allows you to upload almost any size photo and the system resizes them to a size that will fit on the site and be lighter to download. A link to the original image is always available by clicking on the resized image.
Event/Meeting/Call Scheduler/Planner - Never miss an important meeting or call again! Keep track of your dates with BrokerExec's built in Calendar. NOW INCLUDED FOR DOWNLOAD!
Manage Features/Cities/States/Categories/Types - The system has all types of drop-downs and input menus that are dynamically generated by the software. These items may include objects like a drop-down on the search bar for 'Cities' or 'features'. These values can be changed to reflect your needs. If your country does not have states you could simply replace these with your providence (for example). You can add/edit/delete these objects from the admin as well. AND SO MUCH MORE!!!

Download Document - You can add documents to each listing that the web site visitor can download. You might want to attach specs, contracts and more, but 'you' can specify whether the document is 'public' or not. Only 'public' documents will be visible to visitors.
