Не в те Lang файлы при установке модуля записалась локализация к чату

Feature Enhancements since RC 1
* Added a new "Top Shouter" statistic in the main shoutbox
* IP.Shoutbox settings are not located anymore under ACP -> MyApps -> Shoutbox-> Settings, they have been moved into ACP ->System -> System Setting with the other settings such as IP.Tracker. We have also split them in several groups to enable you to quickly find what you need
* The setting "Stop Shouting in shouts" now works in the same way as the IP.Board setting "Stop Shouting in Titles" and it has been disabled by default
* The setting in ACP to enable/disable the global shoutbox has been removed since you can simply disable the hook itself
* The shoutbox now is properly hidden in the lo-fi skin
* Users now cannot ban or unban themselves
* Shoutbox moderators now cannot ban members with ACP access

Installing a fresh copy of IP.Shoutbox 1.1.0
To install a fresh copy of IP.Shoutbox, please download the latest release.When downloaded, extract all files from the archive, and upload everything from the /upload folder into your forums root directory.Once this is done, visit your Admin Control Panel -> Manage Applications, and install IP.Shoutbox!
Now that IP.Shoutbox is installed, you can configure everything from your IP.Board Admin CP by going to the My Apps tab!
Upgrading from a previous release of IP.Shoutbox
To upgrade from a previous release of IP.Shoutbox upload and overwrite the files, and then simply visit http://www.yourforum.../admin/upgrade. The upgrade wizard will guide you through the process.
After the upgrade re-import the hooks from admin/applications_addon/other/shoutbox/xml/hooks and clear your browser cache to load the new javascript or you will get errors with the global shoutbox!
