Android, я тока не врубаюсь, она нахаляву работает или...
А вообще для форума может и не нужно, а для блога и галеры само то.
Только не понятно стоит ли она того чтобы из за нее куб вешать. Хреново что версия не декубнутая.

Не знаю, не тестировал, но уверен, что специально с оптимизацией под русский язык они не работали. Тем не менее, кодировки теперь у нас с ними ведь одинаковые (UTF-8), так что теоретически вроде русский язык должен работать без глюков, если, конечно подводных камней не будет. Но не в этом дело. Для мета-тегов можно поискать решение и по-изящней =)
