Reverted output for phpBB2 and phpBB3 to the original format
phpBB3 output now correctly supports bbcode and smilies
vBulletin 3.5+ now checks for usergroup permission to view posts
NEW: option "Forum Character Set" to specify a possibly different character set.
This allows for best possible transliteration of the forum posts' character set to Subdreamer's character set.
Example: forum is "iso-8859-9" and Subdreamer is "utf-8". The default value will be taken from the Main Setting's "Character Set" upon install/upgrade of the plugin.
NEW: added option "Post Title Format" to make the post title output customisable.
NEW: added option "Posts Separator" to specify HTML code for separation between posts.

v1.1.4 - March 22, 2008:
Hotfix: deactivate the recently added security checks with vBulletin as there are more complex dependencies to be checked as initially anticipated.
HOTFIX: a typo caused PHP error for IPB integration
NEW: added "Display Poster Avatar" as well as avatar image width/height options
