Not Acceptable 406 - нужна помощь

Всем привет, по форуму не нашел ответа на вопрос.
Проблема с shop-scipt premium, при попытке открыть в справочнике заказов - Показывать заказы в статусе: открывает страницу с ошибкой -

406 Not Acceptable
An appropriate representation of the requested resource /admin.php could not be found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

пробовал в .htaccess добовлять -

SecFilterEngine Off
SecFilterScanPOST Off

к сожалению не помогает... а только наоборот выводит новую ошибку -

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@ and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

как с этим бороться? очень нужна помощь!

500 ошибка - это из-за неверного htaccess

Код ошибки http сервера - ошибка 406 Not Acceptable

Ресурс, указанный клиентом по данному URL, существует, но не в том формате, который нужен клиенту. Вместе с этим кодом сервер выдает заголовки Content-Language, Content-Encoding и Content-Type.

Если не получается отрубить mod_security с помощью .htaccess, отключайте его с помощью httpd.conf.

Если это не разрешает сделать админ или ваша религия, то читайте логи (типа такого: [mod_security: Access denied with code 406. Pattern match “\\\\.php(3|4|5)?(\\\\?|&).*=(ht|f)tps?:/.*(\\\\?|&) ” at REQUEST_URI [id “300018″] [rev “1″] [msg “Generic PHP code injection protection”] [severity “CRITICAL”] …]) и модифицируйте скрипт таким образом, чтоб он не вызывал подозрений у mod_security.
