Не запускается сервис httpd

Стоит на серваке апач и нджинкс с панелью исп менеджер, после ребута нгинкс запускается а хттпд нет, через панель в разделе сервисы так же не запускается, приходится врубать его руками через консоль service httpd start после этого врубается, как сделать что бы грузился сразу?

Поставить на автозагрузку

для центоса как пример:
Для добавлении сервиса в автозагрузку ОС CentOS/RHEL, сущеcтвует служба chkconfig
  • chkconfig –list <имя службы>
  • chkconfig –add <имя службы>
  • chkconfig –del <имя службы>
  • chkconfig [--level levels] <имя службы> <on|off|reset>
  • chkconfig [--level levels] <имя службы>

# chkconfig –list httpd (проверяем включен ли в автозагрузку httpd)
httpd 0:выкл 1:выкл 2:выкл 3:выкл 4:выкл 5:выкл 6:выкл
# chkconfig –level 35 httpd on (включаем на уровень исполнения 3 и 5)
# chkconfig –list httpd (проверяем)
httpd 0:выкл 1:выкл 2:выкл 3:вкл 4:выкл 5:вкл 6:выкл
# chkconfig –level 35 httpd off (выключаем службу)
# chkconfig –del httpd (удаляем службу)
# chkconfig –list httpd (проверяем, и видим ошибку и просьбу добавить службу)
# chkconfig –add httpd (добавляем службу в автозагрузку)
 
все выставлено как указано у вас, но он все равно не запускается, только руками
 
Где именно глянуть, var/logs/httpd?
 
а можно узнать ось на которой сервак крутится?
 
Cent OS 6 64 yf OpenVZ, работало все нормально раньше все запускалось, но сработал лимит на файлы rfile вроде или как то так в апаче я его в Limits.conf увеличил, но после этого когда ребутиш сервак, запускается все кроме нгинкса, странно что через консоль запускается нормально, хотя в панельке ISP команда запуска та же

Интересно, после чего перестало работать?! возможна проблема с mcrypt...
попробуйте сделать так:

открываем и редактируем
/etc/php.d/mcrypt.ini
;Enable mcrypt extension module
;extension=module.so
extension=mcrypt.so
