[Помощь] Dont sent bulk mails

2 days i have troble with bulk mail, mails dont wonna sent to my forum members i use IP.Board 3.1.1 all configs stay in default, i ask my hosting provaider , it say, that php mail() works fine and SMTP works to. Reccomend to search help to forum developer ;/ maybe you can help me. You can answer by russian lenguage, i know russian well, but for me so hard type by russian.
