Подскажите, как сделать, чтобы при обновлении одной страницы не удалялся весь кэш?

два одинаковых сайта, но разной тематики, поставил на оба, настроил, на одном прирост скорости в 9 раз по pagespeed, на втором без изменений

Протестируйте сайт, который без изменений в скорости, на PageSpeed и обратите внимание на пункты оптимизации. К примеру "Устраните ресурсы, блокирующие отображение", возможно PageSpeed видит не текущую страницу. К примеру может ссылаться на множество скриптов и CSS, хотя они у Вас скорее всего объединены и/или сжаты.

буду смотреть конечно, может с 3,3,2 версией, что-то изменится, либо причина в woocommerce
 
в общем много танцев, поставил дополнительно clearfy pro, методом тыка все настроил, догнал скорость по pagespeed до 84-х, думаю пока хватит) учитывая, что было всего 10

с учетом массы протестированных плагинов, ракета оправдывает свое название, хоть и не на всех сайтах
